Pros

Really fun work environment! The team is super hard working and very professional but we also have a ton of fun! I am so happy I found somewhere I can grow but be myself. What I really like most is how everything is catered to me; the training, the promotions, the compensation, the benefits. I also love the cool stuff we get to do like travel, play fun games, bonuses and hanging out with people outside of work. There's this bonus going right now from a client for an all-inclusive trip to Cabo! Sign me up.

Cons

The systems aren't designed to figure everything out yourself. The systems work and take a couple weeks to get pretty good at. Most competitive people, like myself, struggle when we aren't good at something right away. If you can put your ego to the side while learning a new skill, you'll be amazing here. If you refuse to give yourself a little time to get good at something new, it will be tough to advance.

-The people: fun, hard working and honest -The team and management genuinely care about your growth/development -Provide excellent leadership training -Great benefits- they covered whatever health insurance I wanted to have -Daily recognition -Values: integrity, hard work, ambition, people skills, helping others -Open door policy -Fairness: there are no politics and what you put in is what you get out -Fun team activities -Charity events -Contests and bonuses -Travel opportunities

Cons

A lot of people say they want growth in a career, few are willing to work for it. I saw a few people make excuses and point blame at someone/something else for them not being successful. At the end of the day, you create your own success here. If you are not willing to work hard with integrity and hold yourself accountable for your own success, you'll end up making excuses and never progress here so don't waste your time.

Pros

-People -Incentives -Management has many perks if you can make it to there (most managers fail within first year of business)

Cons

Well for starters its Door to Door - No benefits plan (yeah, they say you can get your own but do you realize what that will cost you?) -Work life balance. You work Monday - Saturday, they say Saturday's are optional but not if you want to move up and if you ever want to take a Saturday off you are penalized by it. Sunday is your only day off and if you do not hang out with others in the company they will continue to badger you about why and that you need to hang out with your team. - Wear and tear on your vehicle. Driving at least 40 miles each day to your territory. -MINIMAL job security (have one bad week?-- better have a few accounts by Wednesday or you're OUT) -Management is fun but they favor the ones that are doing good- think of it as a "what have you done for me lately" -NO PTO, dont even think about taking a day off or have a 3day weekend, or even a normal weekend to be exact. -Hours are LONG and exhausting....in interview they say it is 12-830. Well you are lucky if you get out of the office at 845-930pm each night and then Tuesday and Thursdays you go to a mandatory team night that last till about 11PM. Late start sounds nice, huh? You have to be there if a interview is there so expect to work 11 hours a day each day.

Thanks for sharing your opinions on the company and for finding our team as big of an asset as we do. We are always looking for ways to improve and I am extremely sorry to hear that you had a negative experience here. I also would like to take this as an opportunity to clear some things up: 1. We are given customer priority lists directly from our Fortune 500 clients and are required to meet only with the customers they provide. We pride ourselves on coming through for our clients and giving their customers a personal and great experience. With our focus on a genuine personalized approach revolved around building rapport, it would be a physical impossibility to get the results we do by sitting in a cubicle making hundreds of phone calls a day. 2. We offer a benefits package to cater to the needs of our entire team. It is fully stated during the interviewing and hiring process that we have many options to ensure someone is covered with the benefits they want/need, not what a company thinks they may want/need. 3. A full-time position at most companies would require a 40 hour work week. We are no different. Monday-Friday from 12:30pm-8:30pm is our "normal" work week. Saturday is 100% optional. Our clients allow us to meet with the customers on Saturdays that we may not have been able to see during "normal" hours. We have found that our team is wildly ambitious, loves taking advantage of the opportunity to grow and acquire more income. For those who choose to go above and beyond for their future and our clients, we provide incentives like custom sneakers, tablets, trips, suits and of course, recognition. 4. Work-Life Balance: Time management and planning are two themes we are constantly teaching our team as this is something most people, including myself, struggle with. We find that our team makes great use of their free time in the mornings and on the weekends for their personal lives. Sometimes this just takes a little bit of coaching where our schedule isn't a typical 9-5. 5. There is a dynamic group of people here, as you know from working here for over a year. They are eager to learn and have fun. It is not uncommon for people to choose to stay late and/or show up early to hang out. However, nothing is mandatory. We tend to do pretty fun stuff that most people would want to join in on but we can't force someone to hang out at Dave and Busters, participate in charity events and/or spend a day at the Phoenix Open. We are all for time spent together outside of the office. This makes coming into work fun and most people crave a positive work environment. 6. Commutes are part of any career that is not a punch-in, punch-out job. We do explain very clearly that we meet with customers face-to-face at the very beginning of the interviewing process. This is typically what attracts somebody to our position; physically talking to someone in person. Now of course we need to get there somehow. We understand the negatives associated with this so we throw weekly incentives to compensate for gas/mileage. If anybody knows me, I am more than happy to help someone out if they are in a bind. 7. Job Security: We have high standards for our team members that are outlined the day someone is hired-specifically related to performance, showing up to work on time and not missing days without notification. If someone cannot hit their targets and contribute to the team, as much as we hate to do it, we have to part ways. This is true of any company-if someone has goals as a team member or employee that they continuously do not hit, they will no longer be a part of the team. 8. Thank you for thinking that our Management team is fun :) I think so, too. My favorites are those who are simply giving their best, always looking to get better and always acting with supreme integrity. Can you fault us for that? We truly appreciate the feedback, positive or negative, as we are always looking to improve. It sounds like you had a little bit of fun while working with us, and for that we are happy. My door is always open and the only regret that I have is that I wish I could have discussed these things with you sooner. We wish you the best on your future endeavors.
