      Pros

      Incredibly supportive staff! I have never worked with an organization more concerned with the well-being of their students and their staff. Each instructor obviously cares for their students and I think this comes from the support of the owners. If I was not moving out-of state I would definitely continue working with Arizona Sunrays.

      Cons

      Difficult to get hours, as with any dance studio.

      Clean work environment, friendly people, flexible-ish hours

      Cons

      The work environment was clicky in my opinion and there was not much room for growth. With experience from a different facility I was making minimum wage.
