      The people are great and fun to work with They have multiple team building sessions and outings They encourage you to study if you want your qualifications

      There isnt any room for promotion as there are a lot of managers

      Pros

      There were pros for many years and honestly they took each and every one away.

      Cons

      They genuinely don’t know what they’re doing. They tell you one thing and then expect you to do another and then when you use your own brain because you thought that’s what they wanted they persecute you for it. They have no regard for longevity or retention. There is no loyalty among peers. Doing what’s right gets you nowhere and there is no accountability beyond senseless reprimands and firings.
