Pros

Nice office in the Center City, great team of helpful, smart and caring people, ability to work from home per needed basis.

Cons

Poor benefits if any. Employees start working on 1099 as a trial and get transferred to a full time role in 3 months. Medical coverage contribution is very expensive. Only 10 PTO days a year (sick and personal days combined). There is no single benefit that covers career advancement or growth. No training for new hires. No bonuses. Crazy turnover. The management is awful. Noone knows the priorities and noone manages. All work routine issues are treated as employee's personal failures. Management do not listen to employees and do not try to be helpful. If you want to discuss your cocern, you will be blown off numerous times without any result. They will pretend you have not reached out and omit your emails. Some people are very rude and unprofessional. Finance/HR person who is btw the wife of CEO has terrible attitude. While performing her work duties she acts as if she was doing a huge personal favor for an employee by providing the required by law papers. There is no respect in this company and absolutely no sense of personal space. The main priority is to do a cheap business.

Pros

The people are amazing. Great, close-knit team who supports one another both professionally and personally. Management welcomes employee feedback and genuinely cares about employees. Lots of opportunities to learn new skills/work on different kinds of projects. Flexible PTO, good benefits, cool office in heart of city.

Cons

Small company, so everyone wears multiple hats. Priorities shift quickly based on projects and market trends.

Pros

decent salary, nice coworkers, no overtime

Cons

When posting available jobs and doing interviews they routinely describe positions dishonestly They offer you an upward career move, even say you'll be management, then have you do entry-level grunt work that teaches you nothing Then they are shocked if you aren't happy or enthusiastic about your work Also the ceo is rude and dismissive and DOES NOT WASH HIS HANDS IN THE BATHROOM
