      None experienced during my short employment.

      Cons

      Hired and employed for just one day due to highly micromanaged environment. Offshore team members were unprofessional and at times rude. No clear communication between offshore and U.S. team, especially during critical onboarding steps. No payment provided for the single day of onboarding work.

      CEO is good to work with but not the primary person assigning tasks. Ambitious growth and H1B sponsorship. Frequent lunches sponsored

      Family business with the husband calling the shots. Very unethical and hostile work environment. Job Offer Letters are sent for future, unconfirmed contract positions. Expectations of meeting unrealistic deadlines.
