Cons
Salary is lower than other companies. Compensation accounts for total package when calculating your compensation but the salary tends to be lower than others. Lean staffing - leads to being over worked and under paid. Adding head count is worse than an act of congress. Annual bonus has more variables than you can control leads no never receiving 100% of your bonus payout target.
