      Pros

      Arkema makes great products that are sustainable.

      Cons

      There aren't enough resources, the company runs very lean. Directives come from the Corporate HQ in France that do not make sense to implement in every country. Communication is often poor because it is so hierarchical. You will find yourself working on the same topics all the time without much progress.

      Great people Great opportunities Willing to give more responsibility/grow Good work life balance while also still having good drive at work

      Cons

      Not a lot of cons, everyone is very understanding and the small office could be a downside for resources, but personally did not find that to be an issue
