Executive level allows upper management to treat employees with disrespect. When I complained, I was told, "they get the job done". What does that say? I gave up on caring what happened to my group after that and just put my time in for retirement. I was sad to see what happened with this company during the latter part of the 30 years I was with them. The French think they are superior to those in the US. It is extremely obvious in the way they talk down to you. They definitely do not treat the US employees with the same respect they treat the French employees. HR goes along with executive management, so I found them pretty much useless as a source of assistance with management issues.
