Pros
Good Pay and Benefits. The employees are all very nice and easy to get along with but you do have your rotten apples in there. Packaging department was a great place to be in and start the learning process of the plant.
Cons
Hours depending what position you are in but you have to start somewhere. A lot of drama depending where you are in the plant or line.
