Arm Candy pays 100% of benefits for all of their employees and immediate family members. Medical, dental, vision...all covered!! They're also really good benefits on top of that. This is such a helpful perk because benefits are so expensive. It's a hybrid work environment where you can go in the office or work from home. It's nice to have a company that believes in the productivity of employees wherever they go. Being able to work remotely is so important, especially now where it's highly sought after. But if you do get to go into the office, it's dog friendly :) You'll make some furry friends! I can't say enough good things about the people that work for this agency. Everyone is smart, responsible, reliable, and hardworking. It's an incredible team where everyone wants to work together, learn, and you're encouraged to ask questions. Everyone wants to help each other succeed and do well at Arm Candy. Arm Candy truly cares about their employees having a positive, fun, and useful experience. Lastly, there's a lot of exciting growth occurring for this agency! I'm eager to see where we go from here.
