Pros
You have union protection which prevents you from being fired arbitrarily, but that's about the only thing this place has going for it.
Cons
Total incompetence of management. Poor salary. Horrific working conditions, i.e. unequal application of "rules" to staff members, unequal work requirements among case managers (some are required to do 9 hours of group work a week while others are required to do 15 or more) seniority status prevents anyone from taking off for any holiday (the only person who can take off is the single individual who has been there longest). The union, while they prevent people from being arbitrarily fired, are generally useless, you will actually pay MORE for your health insurance if you get it from Arms than if you went directly to the marketplace. They offer no 401k matching.
