Pros

I almost did not apply to work here because of the reviews and all I have to say is perspective really is everything because I have not personally experienced any of the negatives mentioned. You get a solidly livable base pay and commission. The managers really want you to do well. I have never had this level of support and mentorship. The training period is not a reflection of how your sales will be long term. They start you off practicing on leads that are a bit older. Your first week on the phones is really just getting comfortable. Just be coachable and I promise you won’t regret it. I feel genuine care from Alexei, Matthew, Miles and Dev. The office culture is very diverse and welcoming. People want to be there and want to make money. Also best health insurance I’ve ever seen.

Cons

The interview process is a lot. Do your homework on the company. This is not McDonald’s not everyone can work here.

Pros

Nothing at all to say about this company

Cons

I would strongly caution anyone considering working for Aroma360 to think very carefully before accepting a position with this company. During my experience, the job was not presented honestly during the interview process. The role, commission structure, pay expectations, and actual responsibilities were not clearly or accurately explained. Once hired, the reality of the position felt very different from what was promised. The environment was extremely unhealthy and unsupportive. Employees are expected to deal with upset clients over issues that are often outside of their control, yet management does not provide proper support when those situations happen. Instead of creating a team environment, the company culture felt hostile, competitive, and stressful. There was constant competition between peers, clients being taken, and managers creating tension rather than helping sales agents succeed. There was also extreme micromanagement, lack of privacy, and frequent talking down to employees. Management often made the environment feel humiliating instead of professional. Rather than coaching employees, it felt like they used intimidation, pressure, and constant rule changes to control people. Training was also inaccurate and did not properly prepare employees for the actual job. The position involves a lot of mass contracting, financing, and sales pressure, yet the training did not truly match what employees are expected to handle. Rules and expectations changed constantly, which made the job feel unstable and unfair. The company also does not feel like a true luxury scent company. It felt more like a high-pressure sales environment built around contracts, financing, and pushing clients for more money. Employees are not allowed much creativity, and there is pressure to say whatever is needed to close a sale. Another major issue was the lack of job security. Between commission concerns, changing policies, poor support, and the way employees are treated, it does not feel like a stable or trustworthy place to build a career. In my opinion, Aroma360 has created a poor reputation, especially in the Boca Raton area. The environment felt shady, misleading, and unhealthy. I personally would not recommend this company to anyone looking for honest pay, supportive management, professional growth, or a healthy workplace. My advice to future applicants: ask very detailed questions about commission, pay, job expectations, health insurance, client issues, management style, and turnover before accepting anything. Get everything in writing. Do not rely only on what is said during the interview. My advice to management: stop misleading employees, stop humiliating sales agents, stop changing rules constantly, and start creating a workplace where people feel supported instead of disposable. Overall, I would not recommend working for Aroma360. There are better companies that value employees, provide honest expectations, and create a healthier work environment.
