Cons
There aren't perfect companies but we constantly strive to look on the bright side, learn from our mistakes and how to avoid them, and move forward, together. As we grow and evolve, some processes may become obsolete or we may break some tech (sorry back-end team). You'll have to figure stuff out on your own sometimes and not all of your tests will be successful.
