Pros
The employees are engaged and motivated to perform exemplary work for the company. Array consistently acquires new products and strives to enhance its API, refusing to settle for its current offerings. The technical support work presents challenges due to the distinct nature of each customer issue. Coworkers are consistently supportive and willing to assist. At Array, employees are afforded the opportunity to work on subjects and materials they are passionate about, rather than strictly adhering to their job description.
Cons
There is excessive turnover, power-hungry managers, and poor communication from high-level management. I had three different managers within a year, and I couldn't rely on my most recent manager for support in challenging situations. Array utilizes "unannounced meetings" as their communication approach. On a paid holiday, HR sent me a calendar invite without an agenda before the company conducted budget cut layoffs.
