Pros
Joining Arrival on secondment from Tesco was a second to none opportunity to experience a very different business. The pros: - The culture at Arrival is something pretty special. I have never worked for a business that cares quite the way they do. - They are a small team that do some seriously good work. They are growing fast - it's an exciting, fast paced and fun team to be part of. There is a real buzz and energy in the team to make things happen. They deliver well. - The work they do is really purposeful; you get the opportunity to make a tangible difference to both the talent in their network and the businesses they partner with. - You get the opportunity to work with socially and ethically diverse talent who will blow you away! Their insights, energy and drive re-enforce in bucket loads all the benefits that diversity and inclusion brings.
Cons
- Not a con more one to think about, if you like/ need an established infrastructure to deliver well then this is probably not the opportunity for you. Arrival are moving fast and need you to be adaptable and at times wear many hats. You need to enjoy this and be up for helping create the solutions/ structure.
