In response to these unprecedented market conditions, Arrive leadership made difficult decisions to safeguard our business for our employees, customers and partners. These decisions did not come lightly because we know the impact it had on many of our colleagues and their families. We encourage you to contact our People Operations team for more information about our severance packages, access to benefits, and unemployment assistance.
Arrive’s action plan in response to the COVID-19 crisis was developed quickly, carefully, and in compliance with all federal and state regulations. We ensured all employees were equipped with all of the necessary tools and resources to successfully work-from-home as quickly as possible. In the meantime, we took precautions to ensure working from the office was safe, including washing stations, distanced seating arrangements, and strict personal health requirements. 100% of the Arrive’s employees are now working from home, and we will not return to the office until it is safe to do so.
