Pros

The friends you will make.

Cons

“We’re a people-first organization." They laid me off due to COVID-19 and not even two months later there are hiring for the position I was laid off from. This shows they are not a people first organization as many of us who were laid off are still out looking for jobs. Thankfully I already found something but many others aren't so lucky. They should be contacting those individuals to bring them back on rather than hiring fresh blood.

Arrive Logistics Response

Thank you for taking the time to share candid feedback about your experience working at Arrive Logistics. We are happy to hear that you made connections with your colleagues. When we made the difficult decision to reduce our workforce in April, our goal was to minimize the number of impacted employees while continuing to serve our customers and carriers. In the months since this initial workforce reduction, our company has taken a hard look at internal processes and team structures and evaluated how Arrive needs to improve to continue to grow and be the best brokerage in the industry. We are hiring for open positions, but the types of skills and experience we need have shifted in some ways from before COVID-19. We hope you were able to leverage the resources we offered impacted employees: severance packages, medical plan stipends, outplacement assistance within the logistics industry and eliminated non-competes. We will pass along your feedback related to hiring back former employees to leadership. Thank you again for your candor, and we wish you the best in your next opportunity.

Pros

Ability to earn commission, but it’s all on you. Ability to run your own book

Cons

Handed off accounts drive success of most reps, if you are on a newer team, it’s a lot harder to find success.
