I don't know where to start. Incredibly low base pay, commission structure that is a borderline scam, the most toxic culture I have ever been a part of, and micromanagement to the fullest extent of the word. You are expected to be in your desk 10 hours per day minimum, and will be disciplined if even a single minute late. You are highly encouraged to eat lunch at your desk, and leaving for lunch is frowned upon. You will answer phone calls when not at work, no exceptions. Holidays, weekends, days off, it doesn't matter. You get the honor of being "LFG" 24/7! By the way, you are not compensated for any of that.
The only way you will make a shred of money at this company is if you are chosen as a "golden boy" to your manager. Your work ethic, capability, and effort means less than dirt. But hey, they have a "young/energetic culture" and "opportunity to get make a lot of money". Hopefully that is the first and last time you fall for those buzzwords from an employer.
