Everything other than randomly getting a lunch 3 times a month. As a professional a part of me feels immature for writing such an in depth negative review, however if it means I will save a recent college grad from joining here, it's worth it. Never once during the interview process are they transparent about the 55-60 hour work weeks. Not to mention when covid hit, our 8-5 or 7-4 working hours were waved. Mandatory 7-5, no additional pay. Find me anywhere else that requires you to work 40 extra hours a month without additional pay.
