Pros
The atmosphere is very engaging. The mentorship structure and management allows for you to learn the ropes and get used to what the job will entail for a few weeks. The first month of training, there are very little expectations besides show up hungry and ready to learn, after that they ease you onto the sales floor which can be overwhelming at first. However, you are given a mentor which helps you find your feet. Fun people/ environment , free food, young people, nice office, high earning potential.
Cons
Very fast paced at first, long hours, stressful until you learn what you can and cannot control.
