      Large, global company with challenges in keeping employees cohesive in the goals of the broader corporation. Difficult to maintain work/life balance with tight schedules for multiple levels of review.

      Unlimited time off, good work life balance, good benefits, as long as you do your work efficiently and sincerely job position is secured

      Cons

      Salary should be negotiated well initially. The hike depends on performance and will be very less. There is no stock option for this level. Only base salary and bonus depending on performance of the company
