      Pros

      Good people on my team. Most people in the component/electronic world will immediately recognize the name.

      Cons

      Too many to list, but overworked, underpaid and treated by management as a # and not a person. Lots of layoffs and working on vacation to keep up was common with most other employees in my division.

      Pros

      Unlimited time off, good work life balance, good benefits, as long as you do your work efficiently and sincerely job position is secured

      Cons

      Salary should be negotiated well initially. The hike depends on performance and will be very less. There is no stock option for this level. Only base salary and bonus depending on performance of the company

      A lot of mandatory overtime, hard to balance work and personal life. Some management can play favoritism.
