      Best place to work in Windsor ct supervisor help out alot, love the overtime someone is to much but the money is good

      Cons

      7 is to early for me wish we started off at 8 that works be a better time def would like that

      Pros

      Unlimited time off, good work life balance, good benefits, as long as you do your work efficiently and sincerely job position is secured

      Cons

      Salary should be negotiated well initially. The hike depends on performance and will be very less. There is no stock option for this level. Only base salary and bonus depending on performance of the company

      A lot of mandatory overtime, hard to balance work and personal life. Some management can play favoritism.
