Pros

Great office culture with flexibility of hybrid working. Friendly atmosphere, Mentor scheme available and support. Arrow's future strategy looks promising for how the market is changing. I think it will continue to be a head above it's competition. Progression plans available for those who ask. Top performers do receive verbal recognition of achievements and company shoutouts - unfortunately it is slower to reward monetarily or with promotion. You also have to shout about yourself and connect with the right management otherwise it is easy for achievements and hard work to fly under the radar.

Cons

Pay is below industry standard. USA business is out of touch with the EMEA business, feels like it has catching up to do with market meanwhile puts rules in place restricting EMEA from continuing to do the good things its doing. Not enough account managers. Too many accounts too little people it adds to workload and pressure. Having to act more like a vendor without the vendor rewards and pay.

Pros

I had a very positive experience interning at Arrow Electronics. The management team was supportive and approachable, and communication was clear and consistent throughout my time there. Expectations were well‑defined, and I always knew where to go if I had questions or needed guidance. My coworkers were professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with, which made collaboration smooth and enjoyable. Arrow also has a strong support system in place for interns, which helped create an environment where learning and growth were encouraged. Overall, Arrow Electronics provided a well‑structured and professional internship experience, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to have been part of the team. I would recommend Arrow to students looking for a solid and supportive internship environment.

Cons

I truly cannot think of much other than IT related hurdles which slowed down progress on my projects initially.

Pros

Very good benefits and nice co workers.

Cons

A lot of mandatory overtime, hard to balance work and personal life. Some management can play favoritism.
