Pros
Good place to get a start. Many good people trying to keep the business going. Good PTO policies.
Cons
Some leaders hide it well but they are that one bad apple. Revolving door in HR HR - Overly long process to remove bad employees. HR - High insurance cost to employees. HR - Poor tracking and updating of specific Technology pay increases. Often behind the business curve. Marketing stunk.
