Pros
-Will give opportunity to entry level associates specially brown people. -Great company wide events like- Annual Retreat and Christmas Party - Pay + commission is above average but be ready to work extremely hard for it.
Cons
-Terrible work life balance- if you are a senior recruiter be ready to work all 7 days. -No HR TEAM to assist and refusal by the management to hire one, - Huge ESA infractions on vacation pay/OT and Commission hours. There is NO PAY EQUITY (pay is subjected to the manager and not on experience and even performance sometimes) -NO JOB SECURITY- Be ready to pack your bags whenever they say so. - Expect after hour calls/messages from day 1. - Upper management is not really interested in the operations -Good luck if you are working in the recruitment team- its the most pressured environment
