Micromanaging, zero support from upper management, zero training offered, ill-equipped to manage properties

There are few to zero pros. I stayed in hopes it would get better. It hasn’t.

Micro management. Lack of support for employees. Lack of responsibility taken by upper management. Low morale. Nepotism. Low pay. Dismal training.
