Nothing to write home about - IT Arthrex Employee Review

Management doesn't encourage new learning. Plays favorites. Every one is out for themselves. The consulting firm they've hired for the SAP implementation (Capgemini) has poisoned the well and made it a toxic environment. I'm only here because there is no other company doing SAP within the area. I'm wondering if the HR is writing all the good reviews because no one from IT/Manuf or elsewhere seems genuinely happy to be part of the company, except for the management and some brown nosers. I read another reviewer said it feels like you are part of a cult during orientation-- i couldn't agree more.
