The only positive thing I can say is that it's a stable company because they make medical devices. Medical devices will not suffer if the rest of the economy goes bad, as it is doing now under the current administration.
Cons
Arthrex makes a big effort to tell you during recruitment how much they respect the personal lives and time of their employees. Nothing could be further from the truth. When they give this spiel, you need to ignore it completely. Also, SAP management never rejects any business requirement. and they liberally allow scope-creep on a grand scale in any existing effort. Finally, their finance department regularly torpedoes SAP efforts at the last minute because of critical requirements that they 'forgot to mention'. And when it causes your project to get delayed, your performance review reflects it, not theirs. A very unstable approach to say the least. Finally, they do not have a global SAP solution. You will be expected to support different SAP processes in different geographies, and keep track of all of them. What's more, they are all Z-code processes. Avoid this company!
