      Projects are always understaffed Highly political, and evaluations can be extremely unethical and influenced with “relationships”between juniors and seniors Some nationalities in the Middle East office are entitled for fast tracks just to keep a particular office populated

      Just a small word of caution: I was set to start at ADL post graduation, but my offer was rescinded out of the blue after 5 months. I was set to start in the Fall, but just 3 months out, I got the notice of the resignation with the reason being "political instability". As a student on a visa, this was very crushing and significantly derailed my plans, and I had to end up breaking a lease, which was pretty costly. While they did end up paying the sign-on bonus, it was still something a new graduate should not have to go through.
