Flexible scheduling Collaborative management open to listening

None that come to mind! More hours would have been nice but there were only so many shifts to schedule.

Opportunity to make a difference in the community and network with other arts organizations. Free tickets to pretty much anything.

Very unclear mission, departments are segregated and don't communicate internally. The organization is severely lacking in leadership and cohesion. Quiet, drab, uninspired working environment. No promotion from within. Non-profit pay (read: low).
