Pros
1. Great camaraderie, there are a couple of different departments; however, you won't know it, since it's like one big 'family'.
2. Atmosphere is welcoming, unbias and accepting of all who enters there domain.
3. Management is supportive, appreciative, understanding, and giving.
4. Co-workers are team players, even from the other departments. It's like a well oiled machine. .
Cons
1. Grant funded, makes it hard to offer permanent positions.
2. Only encounter one negative, bias, judgmental individual; however, one monkey don't stop the show. This person needs to practice some of the ethics and unbias attitude, their department is suppose to be display and enforce.
