DO NOT JOIN this political battleground - Sales Aryaka Networks Employee Review

We have experienced two layoffs in less than 9 months. A lot of finger-pointing. No accountability on the leadership. This is a fear-based workplace and a political battleground. Technical people are running the show behind closed doors, with no marketing department, and no product collaterals. The company has not released any new solutions for over two years. This networking company is trying to be a security company—lots of resistance to change and no room or space for suggestions.
