Pros
Asante had a laid back family atmosphere..they hired summer interns every year...Manufacturing group was a hard working dedicated group of good people. Upper management/office workers didn't interact with manufacturing.
Cons
Unfortunately the Company never "grew up".. until the end, there were design issues that should have been taken care of long ago.. There was too much money spent on sending employees to China and elsewhere to oversee the manufacturing of the product .
