Good Association, Horrible Leadership! - Anonymous employee Asce Employee Review

ASCE is top heavy and has little to no care for their low level employees. The Director/Manager to employee ratio is unheard of and their focus is not employee worth building, but lining the pockets of the executives and directors. The leadership in some of the departments is very poor. Years ago I would have recommended anyone to work there, but today, if I was in employee, I would campaign a walkout boycott.
