The product is antiquated but works well.

Management is domineering and directionless. Micromanagement is intense, and married couple who run the company are difficult to work with. Marketing efforts are hamstrung by stingy budgets and lack of focus. Failed marketing campaigns are not evaluated, simply abandoned for new equally ineffective campaigns. Employees are generally unhappy but cannot communicate with unreceptive bosses, so a great deal of time is spent pretending to be pleased with ineffective initiatives. Benefits are terrible.
