Pros

Many positions are work-from-home, great benefits and paid time off, company is helping consumers get out of debt (positive impact).

Cons

They can be tough on employees in the call center, but it is due to their focus on a positive customer experience.

Pros

Work from home. Great benefits. (4 weeks PTO to start, great health plan). 40K starting pay for reps and good bonus opportunity.

Cons

Like many sales jobs, you are only as good as your last month. If you perform below the average for 3 months you WILL be fired. Major lay offs (60+ employees)happen at least once a year. The company had over 1k employees at its peak to now less than 400. Many times the people layed off are good productive workers but those close to the owner or firing director are kept on. Then a major hiring inititive will occur to replace those that were just fired, just for another lay off to come 5 months later. Once the department meets a sales goal, that becomes the new minimum. So goals are almost always unrealistic. But as long as you are not in the lower 50% you are safe.
