Pros
There are some good benefits like summer Friday's and lifelong learning reimbursement. The people, outside of the senior leadership team, are some of the nicest and most genuine people I've interacted with at any company.
Cons
Senior leadership. They aren't looking out for their employees. The good benefits are lures for new employees, but once you're in the company they don't care about you. Transparency and openness are rewarded with cold shoulders from senior leadership and eventual layoffs if your thinking isn't in line with theirs.
HR does not seem to be there to look out for the employees, they are there to look out for the senior leadership only. "Anonymous" reviews are requested, but rarely are anonymous with comments made by the CEO and COO repeatedly if they are given poor reviews.
