      You have the freedom to work independently, and whenever you encounter any challenges, your manager will provide guidance. Managers are highly knowledgeable and professional. Although the work is remote, a healthy work-life balance is maintained. Employees are not expected to work before or after their designated working hours. Leave requests are approved by managers.

      Cons

      Strict about time logging, has a time tracking application and measures hours per work. Some people are micromanagers who expect people to work on weekends too without any rewards
