Pros
The mission is great, and unique opportunity to work towards a mission this personal.
Cons
Internally, people don't interact nor engage as if the mission is what it is. This place could be great but unfortunately stubborn leadership personalities prevent it from being what it could amazingly be. The GMDX org talks the talk but doesn't walk the walk day-to-day and people privately get thrown under the bus as opposed to working together on such a great mission. Some leaders are better than others, but in aggregate it's disappointing. Many folks would leave but the current state of the industry makes it hard to find something else so people are just getting by.
