      Pros

      Everyone is very friendly and wants to make sure you succeed.

      Cons

      Sometimes it was a lot of tag playing- via email and phone calls with onboarding. Training should be done longer as well. Since I have a learning disability, I learn differently.

      Pros

      I just started with Ascensus 1 month ago and have been in training for 4 weeks. It has been a great experience so far. The people are great! They really do follow Ascensus's Core Values of People Matter, Quality First and Integrity Always. They do a great job in creating Team Comradery when most of the company is working remotely. The training really helps prepare you for your job and sets you up for success and the Trainers are awesome!
