      Pros

      Ascensus was welcoming from the start and ensured I had what I needed to hit the ground running (great onboarding experience). It has feeling of family and togetherness. 100% remote is a major plus for me also.

      I have not experienced anything that I would consider a con.

      Pros

      I just started with Ascensus 1 month ago and have been in training for 4 weeks. It has been a great experience so far. The people are great! They really do follow Ascensus's Core Values of People Matter, Quality First and Integrity Always. They do a great job in creating Team Comradery when most of the company is working remotely. The training really helps prepare you for your job and sets you up for success and the Trainers are awesome!
