      Pros

      I have been with the company for a little over a month. My team is friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. My manager is kind, smart, and very informative. The culture here at Ascensus is one of the best I have seen in my career. I am so happy to call this home and hope to have a very long career here.

      Cons

      Tons of product to learn! But this is also a pro. I am happy to be able to sell a variety of products. It will just take some time to understand everything.

      Pros

      I just started with Ascensus 1 month ago and have been in training for 4 weeks. It has been a great experience so far. The people are great! They really do follow Ascensus's Core Values of People Matter, Quality First and Integrity Always. They do a great job in creating Team Comradery when most of the company is working remotely. The training really helps prepare you for your job and sets you up for success and the Trainers are awesome!
