Pros
Attractive STARTING package as per with industry standards- doesnt mean hike will be good. Having alternate Saturday off.(depends upon them whom to give and whom not to and same for Sundays). If you ready to work as slave for money OR you don't have any other job offer, then this is the Best company for you.
Cons
Ok I will throw away some points about them but please HR or the manager's whoever i.e don't call me a COCKROACH, I was going through the reviews and then one particular review caught my eye which was properly written and exactly explained the situation there and instead of looking through the points what they did in return is 'They commented with a Cockroach theory copied from don't know where'. So please don't address me by a reptile or insect. Ok so I will give just few points about work, environment, what's the mindset of owners. . . 1. Boss is always right. If not refer this line again. 2. Billable hours will be 9 but you are 24*7 slaves. 3. You become critical resource , whenever you are going for a leave. 4. One who write mails is the one who did all the work ;) 5. Writing good properly formatted mails is more valuable skill than writing code. 6. They will give you rating or hike based on how valuable you are in future not how you worked in past. 7. They will praise you while assigning task but will tell your flaws only at the time of appraisal. 8. If you are doing everything right, they will wait till you do something wrong. 9. Appreciation is for managers , blame is always on developers. 10. Average life of a good employee is max 7-8 month, because 3 month probation then 2 month notice period. 11. No one has any views on what they are working. 12. No point of view for employee. 13. No employee engagement programs just work work work, No fun activities never never as they need a creative Hr for that. 14. No festivals celebrations No birthday celebrations because they think no employee is worth for their 300rs cake and chips. 15. Manager has full control on Appraisal system and policies. HR is mere spectator. They are happy to screw the employee career, even its there fault. 16. Expect to work during weekend / from home without any extra benefit.(this is also because mmm'm let's say boss has assigned you a task to create a web-page and assigned a manager to look over you now comes the funny part as according to boss you are doing just a single page but here comes the manager who order you to design that as per his/her mind and then they show that to client then client says he doesn't like it that way so you change it, then the managers again . . Ok we want that and that too and that also and this process will go on and on for the whole week BUT according to the boss you are just working on a single page and which is not yet completed :D then only he will order you to come on sundays). Boss knows this but still don't know why he's not doing anything about it. If anyone still joins this company then please do consider 4th and 5th point on top and yea mail not to managers but directly to one of the boss you will know whom to. They will never asks the managers like who is working on which because managers there are just to sit on top of your heads and just shout and shout.
