My experience at Ashcreek Academy has been one filled with positive experiences, opportunities for growth, professional development, and meaningful relationships with co-workers, management, admin, and customers! Working at Ashcreek Academy has been fulfilling in many aspects. I feel like an integral part of a dynamic and flexible family rather than a dispensable and replaceable piece of a large, indifferent, indefatigable machine. Some unique benefits of life as a teacher at Ashcreek Academy are consistently small class sizes and the ability to cater educational needs to the individual without sacrificing the needs of the whole. There is never a dull day in the classroom! Ashcreek Academy boasts a beautiful campus including multiple classrooms with nature walks, a large lake, and equine services just outside the classroom door at your disposal! Teachers also have access to a professional recording studio, movie theater, game room, and unlimited google storage through Ashcreek Academy's domain and a company email given upon hiring. All teachers are given a complimentary, healthy home-prepared, and home-cooked lunch along with intermittent snacks during the school day. Any technology, supplies and teaching material needs are easily and readily available. It is an inspiring teaching environment! Some of the other benefits are: Management appreciates and values involvement, innovation, and relationships. Professional flexibility is a strength of Ashcreek Academy and one of the main reasons I have enjoyed my half a decade of employment. Another strength and benefit of Ashcreek Academy is the ease of access to management, admin, and owners for individual as well and professional need and development. Ashcreek Academy has clear and transparent goals that achievable with the procedures and policies in place. Ashcreek Academy is extremely supportive of employees and the many facets of employee life outside of work. Basically, Ashcreek Academy has my back! It has been a fulfilling career so far: looking forward to next 5 years and beyond!

Working for Ashcreek has been a blessing not only for me, but also for my family. The atmosphere there is a family atmosphere. Like most families there are always good days & bad days because in life that's how real families function. Good days is when we have a break through with our kids and they start to transform into better individuals that are more mature and understanding. Bad days is when we challenge our kids to break through their old habits and into better ones. I say challenge because in order for a change to happen you must go through multiple challenges in your life to mode you into a better person. During these moments is where my job is very rewarding because I get to change a young man's life by challenging him to break away from his old negative habits and into positive ones. This part is never easy, but we stay consistent with our therapy and our message.
