Pros

The Ashley Chloe Management team is outstanding. They have a vision for the company, they are supportive, collaborative, accepting of opinions and suggestions. The work environment is great, the typical Bay Area perks of food and fun.

Cons

You need to be flexible and dedicated to working in a fast paced constantly evolving environment. This pace isn't for everyone.

Pros

- A lot of opportunity to learn and get hands-on with various aspects of the company - Fast paced - You may work long hours, but there is always something new to tackle or something new to learn. - Generally, coworkers are kind, hard-working, and easy-going. This makes teamwork easy and enjoyable. - The founders are willing to aid in career growth - Internal organization & communication has improved - Interesting new products - Free Friday lunch w/ office snacks - Standing desks - Gym on-site - 401K available

Cons

Because the company is young & growing quickly, there are a lot of things that still need to be ironed out. Some of these have seen improvement: - The founders say they have an "open policy", but sometimes seem to disregard critique or general consensus. I have noticed they are working to improve this. - Not really a work-hard, play-hard culture. There are some in-office social gatherings here and there, otherwise it doesn’t really fit the bill. - Could use better healthcare options - Still needs better communication when it comes to new dates/deadlines. Dates are almost always changing and teams are not always on the same page. - Even small policies are an uphill battle. For example, employees had to push for a Work From Home/PTO policy to be put in place.
