Pros
Decent compensation package/salary for people starting. Very Flexible on Schedule. Disorganized structure allows candidate have access to some very important functions(Gain critical experiences that will not be available to you when you join a company with regular structure).
Cons
Merged by different holding companies, no HR department , uses agency to hire new employees, many concerns cannot be addressed properly. If you a self starter you will be fine, if you are not, don't join this company. You will get very little help on training, and many time sensitive tasks requires decent amount of training before you can successfully complete them. You will be penalized if they aren't complete on time and no training will not be an excuse. Career path is not defined, but if you are capable you can create your own path.
