Pros

- downtown office - reduced work hours on Fridays - frequent social events and gifts - start with three weeks vacation + "Askuity Days" bonus vacation days - benefits package and yearly fitness/mental wellness fund - limited workload - peers are nice and fun to work with

Cons

- poor integration with Home Depot teams. Home Depot business remains largely disconnected years after acquisition - general "busy work" in customer success that doesn't directly contribute to business or deliver ROI for end users - limited adoption of tool by suppliers and Home Depot teams despite several iterations - no visibility into medium and long term business plans. lack of direction from management. - limited career development and advancement opportunities - limited diversity in role - limited distinction between entry, senior and manager roles - frequent turnover across all departments of the organization - constructive criticism is negatively received and rarely acted upon by management

Pros

- Pet friendly place - People are really nice - The dev team is really good - Company wide Friday meetings are held so that everyone in the company knows what each department is working on every week

Cons

- The management is not very good at listening to people that work for them. They seem to listen and agree during meetings, but the action is almost always the opposite - While patch work is necessary depending on situations, this seems to be the norm for all situations instead of worst case scenarios - Management is not the best at communicating issues and resolutions
