Pros
The client usually would not have unreasonable expectations, so work life balance is likely to be sorted. While this is a pro for the client, it still holds pretty much because they only have major client from last 10 years or so, and this situation is unlikely to change
Cons
It used to be a good company with a decent work culture, but things have taken an ugly turn lately. Some recent changes in the leadership structure are to blame. Performance, work ethics etc doesn't matter at all. The only thing that matters is how well you can rat your fellow colleagues to the manager and share their tiniest of gossip. Toxicity is encouraged. Certain folks in the middle management who are neither liked by their respective teams nor the clients, because of their incompetence/behaviour/unprofessional conduct are patronized, just because they relay gossip well, while others who refuse to play this disgusting game are targeted and mistreated. Overall, it's a pretty bad place to be, if you're serious about your career.
