      Beautiful mountain environment at a world-class resort. Good camaraderie among staff and instructors - very supportive and invested in your growth if you put in the time and work. Access to skiing and employee perks

      Cons

      Pay can vary a lot depending on how busy the resort is. Housing in the area is expensive and can be hard to find.
